The below video shows the recommended air box modification that I recommend you perform with my ecu flash .   Stage 1 AB mod.

    Round 3 of air box testing involved removing the lid completely and I found more gains.!!   Picture below video shows modified lid so its just the surround to hold filter tight against air box and seal filter to lid.   I will need to know when I flash your ecu if you plan on doing this mod.  Stage 2 AB mod.
Last video is a wrap up to confirm any gains with the sprint filter.   I confirmed small gains with the sprint filter vs the stock filter.  I also confirmed the bike benefits  from allowing more air into the air box inlet by doing some pulls with the seat off.   As development continues I will revisit modifying the black plastic covers on the inside of the rear sub frame to allow more air in.   It moves the air fuel curve enough that it will require specific tuning when I make this step. 
  Last test I performed on the intake was to completely remove the air filer.   This was done just to see if there were more potential gains in the air box area, and there are!!   Removing  the air filter and comparing it to the stage 2 AB mod gave modest gains from idle to redline.  It filled in the sag just above 7000 rpm that is in all my runs with an air filter in place and gave me my first 90 hp run!!  I am not recommending anyone running no filter this is just information that if a company can give us an improved air box inlet there are more gains to be had.
