Tips for shipping me your ECU
The shipping you paid for on checkout is for me to ship the ECU back, follow the below guide to ship me your ecu
ship ECU to:
Flashed by Vcyclenut Inc. P.O. Box 33, Lynden, WA, 98264
UPS and Fedex will not ship to a PO BOX
If using UPS or FEDEX please ship the ecu to
1331 West Boundary Road
Blaine, WA, 98230
(If the shipping store tells you this is address is invalid, they are wrong. Try Boundry Road, it will still get to me if everything else is the same)
if shipping from outside the USA please label it a warranty repair
You can use any service you want to ship me the ecu (If shipping from Canada I am not currently accepting shipments from Fed Ex)
Wrap the ECU in small bubble, bubble wrap, protect the connectors with some card board and you will not have issues.
Please do not cover the connectors in tape! Its difficult to get off and can leave residue. If you are worried about dust getting in the connector start the packing by putting the ecu in a plastic bag.
The ECU while not indestructible is quite resistant to damage ( besides the connectors)
It is mounted with minimal cushion in a motorcycle that sometimes crashes violently. Have you ever heard of someone crashing so hard their ECU went bad?
So give the connectors some protection love and put some bubble wrap on it and it will travel safely.
For next level protection, tape an I tag, or similar tracking device to your ECU
Tracking is not perfect. Scans get missed. It is not uncommon for a package to not have a scan event for a couple days and then pop up for delivery where it is going. A lot of people waste a lot of time and stress calling or going to the post office when this happens. The postal worker can only tell you what tracking says. Take a breath and give it a day or so before wasting your time. 99.9% of the time they pop up back in the system.
Please don't wrap the ecu in miles of tape. If your ecu is snug in the box it doesn't need more then a piece of tape to hold it together.
Please don't package your ecu inside something, inside something, inside something, inside something.
Please don't use packing peanuts. They get everywhere and can get pushed inside the connectors.
If you are worried about your ECU being lost ship it express and choose express shipping on checkout. The less time they have it, the less likely they are to loose it.
Much Thanks!!!
I still have a lot of customers spending way to much money shipping me their ecu. They do not need a large box. Hopefully these 3 pics of how I send back the ecu will help some more people.
P.S. It should be a clue if your spending more to ship me the ECU than I charge to ship it back, your doing something wrong. I do not make much money on shipping but I am certainly not loosing money on it

What to expect from me when I ship it back
My turn around time is one working day. This means if I get it Friday or Saturday it will go out Monday, ECU's received any other day go out the next calendar day.
Please check your own tracking to see if it was delivered before asking me if I received it. I get many ECU's every day and unless I am sitting there looking at them I wont know if I actually received it. Im happy to confirm delivery if you email me ([email protected]) Give me your name and when your tracking shows delivered. Please don't send me a text asking if I received your ecu, I will ask you to email me the above information.
If tracking shows it is delivered and you do not hear from me by the following EOD ( remember I am on the west coast). Check your spam before reaching out to make sure the tracking email is not there.
TRACKING CAN BE DELAYED ESPECIALLY WHEN I DROP IT OFF
I drop the packages off at an actual post office not a pack and send or similar, but tracking can take till the morning after I drop it off to start tracking.
I have had lots of packages track to places they shouldn't go
I have had packages not leave the post office until the day after I drop them off, even when I drop them off in the morning
Tracking is not perfect and its frustrating and nerve inducing when weird things happen, unfortunately when tracking is off or delayed there is no special phone number I have to find out what is going on.
