I have completed testing and tuning with the Arrow full high mount exhaust on the 2021 Mt09 and am very happy with the results. The system is high quality it looks amazing IMO and makes good power
it does include an o2 extender but the bung for the o2 sensor is to fit a narrow band forcing me to use an adaptor when tuning.
Install took me an hour and 15 minutes from start to finish. I removed the top radiator mounting bolts which allowed me to slide the radiator off the bottom mount. I also loosened the bottom radiator bracket bolt so the bracket could move around which eased install. Starting at the head I installed the left most header tube first , hand tightening the bolts and moved across the bike. I had no issues putting any of them on. I used new exhaust gaskets but think you would be fine reusing the stock ones as they are very thick. I moved towards the back of the bike putting each pipe on without difficulty. I used the spring tool provided. The bracket to mount the canister is a little heavier than I would like but otherwise very nice and well thought out system. Once the exhaust was on the bike , I moved from the back of the bike forward to tighten all the bolts. Many people do this backwards and start at the front of the bike which can give you alignment issues.
My highly calibrated bathroom scale weighed the stock exhaust at 16 lbs with the Arrow weighing in at 11.6 lbs with all the hardware and the dark aluminum canister for a savings of almost 4.5 lbs
l am very happy with the looks, quality and the performance. When riding the bike the midrange and part throttle response is really strong with a great sound especially using the quick shifter
First is stock bike vs Arrow exhaust with stock ecu (no tuning): Nice gains across the range with no areas below the stock bike.

Now lets compare stock bike vs Arrow exhaust and my flash. Really impressive gains across the entire range!
Next up is DB killer in vs Db killer out. Good news the DB killer makes a very noticeable difference in sound level. Bad news its costing you a few hp. These runs were done back to back in the middle of the tuning process. They do not represent the best runs in either configuration but are just to show how much power you can expect to loose with the db killer in vs out.
All of these runs are with zero changes to the intake side.

The parameters I adjusted are:
:Adjustments to both the TPS and IAP fuel tables in all modes
:Adjustments to ignition timing tables removing all restrictions and optimizing them for best power at all rpm's and throttle postions
:Adjustments to throttle tables in modes 1-3, removing all restrictions in all gears with amore aggressive opening rate
:Adjustments to the engine braking tables
:Disable o2 sensor , can be removed or left in the exhaust ( on any model with factory cruise control, the o2 sensor must remain hooked up for the CC to work)
:Rev limiter raise 250
:Disable decel fuel cut
:Disable top speed limiter
:Turn on fans at 195
Note: Some companies are charging extra for a quick shifter fix. Claiming they can make adjustments to the stock quick shifter with the flash. This is a lie. The only software to flash this bike is woolich. There are no quick shifter settings in the software. After my flash you will find the quick shifter to be a bit smoother but that is just the result of proper fueling and nothing that should be charged extra for.
