I have finished testing and flash development on the Yoshimura R77 ZX25  system.  The system is well made and fits to the bike well.  It weighed in at 8 lb 10 oz vs the stock system at 19lb 15 oz.   It had an unofficial sound level of 73 db at idle and reached a peak of 111 db during the dyno run.   All testing done with the DB killer removed and the stock air filter.   The below youtube video has a sound clip from a dyno run and explains the lengths I went through to make sure my comparisons are completely valid.   Scroll past video for dyno runs
The ZX4rr has proven itself to be a bit more variable than most bikes I have tested.  Because of this I will only show you comparisons done on the same day.  First comparison I will show you is from June 6th and is the Yoshimura full system with my flash (blue) vs the stock bike (red).  Really impressive gains in peak and area under the curve

Next we will look at runs from that same June 6th testing day of the graves cat back with my flash (red) vs the Yoshimura full system with my flash(blue).   No real surprise the Yoshimura full systems is a nice step up from the cat back exhaust.

Lets compare both the Yoshimura full system with my flash(red)  to the Graves full system with the flash (blue) on June 18th.    Thanks to larger primary tubes the graves has a nice little advantage from about 11k rpm on up.

Lastly lets look at how well the Yoshimura system responded to MR12

I am impressed with how well the system designed originally for a motor 150 cc's smaller performed and do feel this is a decent option.  It will be interesting to see how a Yoshimura system actually designed for the 400 will work!!
