Tappezzeria Seat Covers

I have installed a Tappezzeria seat cover on my 2021 MT09.  I choose the comfort seat cover that adds some extra foam under the cover.  They have 3 variations, standard, comfort, and ultra grip.

I started by removing the grab handle by removing the two nuts on the underside of the seat.  I then used a flat blade screwdriver and pliers to remove the stock seat cover.  This took about a half an hour.

Next I installed the new seat cover over the front point portion

From here it gets a little harder.  The extra foam under the cover made it impossible for me to get it completely smooth.  I may take it to a professional to have them redo it and see if they can get it completely smooth.  I am sure the non comfort covers would be smoother but I wanted the extra comfort.

I started by stretching the seat from the sides and back making sure that i kept it centered.  I used a craftsman staple gun to put 2-3 staples each time I gave it a good pull.   I worked it back and forth like this a bunch of times getting the cover as tight as I could.   Mine is the black/grey color.  The grey highlights match the paint on my bike well.

overall im happy with the look of it ,  it looks much better in person then these pics show.  As stated I may take it to a professional to get it reinstalled to see if they can get the couple of wrinkles out.  The seat does feel much more comfortable but I will have to wait till spring to give a real assessment of the comfort .  Here are some other pictures of their seat covers.  The seat cover does give the bike a more quality look.
