There are several reasons why I exclusively use Woodcraft frame sliders on all my bike
1) The pucks use an outside mounting point. If you have ever tried to cut out the melted plastic from the hole to remove most frame sliders you know why this is an advantage.
2)They use nothing but top quality metals, so the frame sliders actually support the bike in a crash and don't break like I have seen many others do.
3) Woodcraft is an American company started by a group of guys that raced at the national level and saw a need for QUALITY reasonably priced components and filled that void
4) replacement parts are always easy to get
