YAMAHA MT10 / MT10SP ABS 2022+ Front and Rear replacement brake line kit (5 Lines)
2022+ Yamaha MT10 / MT10SP ABS brake line kit.
All kits come with rubber Grommets, clips, banjo bolts, crush washers and mounting hardware where needed for a clean install.
Front Master Cylinder line: Using a Stainless junction block, Line mounts to the Hard tube section of Line that exits the engine area between the radiator and head tube. This line feeds up to the master cylinder where it mounts with provided Banjo bolt and crush washers.
Alternative Front master cylinder line is also available to fit aftermarket master cylinders such as Brembo, Galespeed...ect. Your aftermarket master cylinder type Must be selected or OEM fit line will be sent. Or choose from Dropdown menu if availabile.
Front Caliper lines: New Core Moto stainless T-Block will mount in OEM location. Left and right caliper lines provided are attached to T-block using female swivel fittings. Can be replaced if one side is damaged.
Front Junction lines NOT included in 5 line kit: 2 additional lines (6** and 7**) are NOT provided to replace sections of rubber hose for the front system that are located under the tank.
Choose 7 line kit listing if you want the 2 additional lines under the tank.
Rear Master Cylinder line: Routing follows similar path as OEM while replacing the mild steel junction blocks with Core Moto stainless steel units. Mounts to the Master Cylinder with provided banjo bolts and crush washers.
Rear Caliper line: Routing follows similar path as OEM while replacing the mild steel junction blocks with Core Moto stainless steel units. Routing follows similar path as OEM. Leads back to the rear Caliper along OEM line patch.
Pre installed rubber grommets and stiffener tube allows for clean mounting of line and TC wire coupling. Mounts to Caliper with provided banjo bolts and crush washe
